We are looking for someone with excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibility will be:
- Ensure tickets in our customer service system are assessed
- Ensure internal deviations are assessed and followed up
- Data analysis by categorise and analyze data
- Conduct, perform and contribute to Root Cause Analysis
- Present data and recommendation of improvement
- Implement and follow-up actions.
You will be involved in
- Improvement projects
- Support process improvements
- Other ad-hoc task in Governance department
Required professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or similar
2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Required personality traits and skill set
- You need to be a structured self-starter with a strong ability to execute
- You prefer data driven decision making over gut feeling
- You have experience in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- You can make recommendations based on data and analysis
- You are experienced user in Microsoft excel
- You have good communication skills
- You can work both in team environments and independently
- You might have knowledge and experience from using BI tools and customer service systems
- You are fluent in English
